NOTICE (NEW ADMISSIONS 2024-2025)
Application forms for new admissions for the Academic year 2024 - 2025 can be
submitted online from 1st October 2023.
Parents are hereby informed to note the following points before filling the online
application form for new admissions.
Age Criteria for Pre Primary Classes
Montessori : 2.5 plus by June 2024
Nursery : 3 years complete by 1st June 2024
Junior K.G. : 4 years complete by 1st June 2024
Senior K G : 5 years complete by 1st June 2024
Before initiating Online process, students / parents are advised to keep the following
scanned documents (soft copies) handy for uploading:
1)
Birth Certificate with child’s name entered on the certificate issued by the
Corporation / Municipality
2)
Aadhar Card Copy of the Pupil
3)
Passport size Photograph of the Pupil
4)
Caste Certificate ( in case of SC / ST/ OBC)
Please Note:
1.
While filling the application form please ensure that the student and parents
name are correctly entered as per the Birth Certificate and incase of New admission
to classes 2 above as per the Birth Certificate as well as the Transfer Certificate.
2.
New Admission to classes 2 to 9 and class 11 (ISC) need to submit the
ORIGINAL TRANSFER CERTIFICATE LATEST BY 30th MAY OF THE ACADEMIC
SESSION. IF NOT SUMBITTED WITHIN THE SCHEDULED DATE THE
CANDIDATE NAME WILL NOT BE ON ROLL OF THE SCHOOL RECORDS.
3. SATS TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (MANDATORY) IS APPLICABLE FOR
STUDENTS TRANSFERRED FROM OTHER SCHOOLS IN THE STATE OF
KARNATAKA.
There will be interaction for the Pre-Primary classes, where Parents and child need
to be present. Date for interaction will be intimated through SMS / Phone.
Classes 1 to 9 will have Entrance Test :

Please Note :
a.
Classes 1, 2 and 3 will have limited admissions for the academic year 2024-2025.
b.
Kannada as 2nd Language from Class I upwards is compulsory as per the Rules of
the Department of Education, Government of Karnataka.
c.
Be present 15 minutes before the start of the exam with all the necessary writing
materials. Answer sheets to write the examination will be provided.
d.
Entrance test date and time will be notified via SMS to the Mobile Number
of Parents.
e.
Application Processing Charges: Rs. 500/- which will not be refunded.
f.
Payment made towards application processing and successful submission of
application does not assure the admission.
g.
Admission will be confirmed only after the interaction / entrance test results
and completion of admission formalities.
h.
Secure your account and other personal information.
i.
St. Francis School will not be responsible for any such lapses / mistake.
Important Note :
1.
Application Submitted without candidate photograph and correct documents will not
be processed further.
2.
There will not be issue of Forms from school office.
Duration of test : 35 minutes per subject.
Candidates need to bring pencil, pen,
eraser, scale and Classes IV upwards need
to bring Geometry box also.
