Offline payment Parents can pay the school and transportation fees online. Online transactions are chargeable. For Online Payment of fees please follow the following Steps: Parents can either make online fees payment through Parent Connect Mobile App or through the Quick Link payment portal provided on School Website.(www. stfrancisschoolicse.com) This online option will be available after the due date also with fine charges. Select the term (1/2/3/4) for which the fee has to be paid Then follow the on screen instruction for the payment. Offline payment • The other option is that parents need to come to school office to collect the challan during the dates specified ( i.e., 1st to 15th of every term) from 10 a. m to 3.00pm and pay the fees through this challan at South Indian Bank, Campus branch. • Fees can be paid only in Cash • Once the fees are paid, please collect the student copy of challan from the bank with seal /signature. • Parents can collect the Receipts for the fees paid from the school office after 15th of every term by showing the Student copy of the challan collected from the bank. • Students of class 10th need to clear their complete fees before 15t h Dec. 2024. • Fees also can be paid in any branch of FEDERAL BANK by mentioning your registered mobile number. Annual School fees can be paid in four installments as per the following: First term : 1st June – 15th June 2024 Second term : 1st September – 15th September 2024 Third term : 1st December – 15th December 2024 Fourth term : 1st February – 15th February 2025 The total annual fees can also be paid in the first term itself. After the due dates mentioned above, a fine of 50/- for tuition fees and 10 for transport fees per day will be charged and the defaulters will have to pay the fees along with the fine.

The recent incidents in the city related to child abuse, have caused great concern with regard to child safety in institutions and on society at large. The Principal and management of St. Francis school has devised Child Safety / Protection plan which includes a number of safety measures and guidelines to all the students, parents ,staff and the others associated with the school. Students are made aware of how to keep themselves safe: To Stop it! Run! Tell Protect themselves by resisting, removing themselves from harm and seeking help from a trusted adult. know their responsibilities in minimising the risk of harm. Child Protection committee at school comprises the following members: 1.Bro. Antony D. Vayalil (Principal) 2. Bro. Bala (Administrator) 3. Mrs. Nirmala Jones (Academic Supervisor) 4. Mrs. Heloise Christopher(School Counsellor)

Play Home, Nursery & Junior KG - 8:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Senior KG – Std III - 8:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Std IV - Std X - 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The school gate closes at 8:25 a.m. The school assembly is conducted between 8:15 a.m and 8:30 a.m on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Games and club activities held during class hours, are compulsory for all students from Std IV onwards.
