                                    Breathe, Stretch, ThriveINTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY%u201cFind your balance on and off yourmat.%u201dYoga is a physical and mental practice.It helps in relaxing the mind andbody.The event commenced with acomprehensive introduction to YogaDay.The session kicked off with ademonstration done by our instructorafter which students were taught to dofew sitting and standing asanas. Thesession ended with a meditation.Students were not only excited but feltrefreshed and relaxed. Our little onesperformed each asanas withenthusiasm.The World Through a Child'sEyesCHILDREN%u2019S DAY%u201cThe greatest gifts you can give yourchildren are the roots ofresponsibility and the wings ofindependence.%u201dOur school celebrated Children%u2019sDay on 14th November. It was a dayof excitement and fun for all ourdear children. The teachersentertained the students, with aspecial dance wherein the studentswere happy to see their lovelyteachers perform for them.Back in class students had a galatime with their teachers. Studentsreceivedcupcakes and customized waterbottles with their names on it. Thisgesture by our school managementwas highly appreciable by parentsand students.C r e a t i n g . .
