Stronginsights and the will to bring out thoughts is thebest form of communication. Our principalushered in the academic session with aninnovative initiative to boost and develop speechskills among students and teachers, byintroducing the concept %u201cThe Year Of Oration.%u201dOration is a formal speech or a public speechgiven by the individuals where the studentsshould prepare in advance rather than speakingon spot. This was introduced to help overcomethe challenges one faces during public speakingamong teachers and students alike. It builds upconfidence, vocabulary, the ability to overcomestage fear and to communicate their ideas in theform of speech. Our students made best use ofthis opportunity.The Year Of Oration inspired the students toread more. This also has enhanced their ideasenriched their skills.%u201cEvery accomplishmentstarts with the decision totry.%u201dOur Principal set the stage for theacademic session with a novelinitiative by declaring the year as%u2018The Year of Oration.%u2019Teachers are assigned to speak onvarious topics and shareinformation during the assembly.It has helped the studentsimmensely to actively listen andimplement the lessons learnt intheir day to day activities.By continuously honinh theiroratory skills, focusing on clarity,intonation and pitch,the teachershave been able to create anengaging and enrichingenvironment for our students.D r e a m B e l i e v e A c h i e v e
