Notice
New Admissions — Academic Year 2027–2028

Applications for New Admissions for the Academic Year 2027–2028 will be available online from 1st September 2026. Parents/Guardians are requested to read the following instructions carefully before submitting the online application.

§1 Age Criteria — Pre-Primary & Primary
Grade Age Requirement
Montessori2½ years and above by May 2027
Nursery3 years completed on or before 31st May 2027
Junior KG4 years completed on or before 31st May 2027
Senior KG5 years completed on or before 31st May 2027
Grade I6 years completed on or before 31st May 2027
Note: Applicants must strictly satisfy the prescribed age criteria. A relaxation of 60 days is permitted as per the Department of School Education, Government of Karnataka (effective May 2026). Applications that do not meet the prescribed age requirement will be rejected automatically.
§2 Documents Required for Online Application

Please keep clear scanned copies (soft copies) of the following documents ready before beginning the online application.

Birth Certificate (Corporation/Municipality) — child's and parents' names correctly mentioned (Mandatory)
Aadhaar Card of the student (Mandatory)
Recent passport-size photograph of the student
Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/BC/MBC), if applicable
§3 Important Instructions
  • Ensure the student's name and parents' name are entered exactly as they appear on the Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card.
  • For admissions to Grade II and above, the student's name should also match the Transfer Certificate (TC). Any discrepancy may result in rejection.
  • Students selected for Grades II–VIII and Grade XI (ISC) must submit the Original Transfer Certificate on or before 10th June of the academic session, failing which the student's name will not be entered on the school rolls.
  • Students transferring from schools within Karnataka must submit the SATS Transfer Certificate (Mandatory).
  • The Permanent Enrolment Number (PEN) must be mentioned on the Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school.
Interaction for Pre-Primary

Parents and the child must be present for the interaction. The date and time will be communicated through SMS/Phone.

§5 Additional Information
  • Admissions to Grades I, II and III will be limited for the Academic Year 2027–2028.
  • Kannada as Second Language from Grade I onwards is compulsory as per Government of Karnataka norms.
  • Candidates must report 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination.
  • Answer sheets will be provided by the school.
  • The date and time of the Entrance Test will be communicated via SMS to the registered mobile number.

Important Notes
  1. Applications submitted without the student's photograph or required supporting documents will not be processed.
  2. Application forms will not be issued from the School Office. All applications must be submitted online.
